Our cozy 50m ² holiday home is located on a 4500m ² large nature and grassy land about 11km south of Asarna the commune mountain of the beautiful province Jämtland.

Without neighbors in sight, and only 150m from the large lake Nästelsjön away, it invites you to enjoy the unique nature. To the large river Ljungan, which flows out of the Nästelsjön with fast water, and is considered in the region as one of the best grayling (Nästelströmmen ), it is only about 250m.

The living room is on 2 floors, which are divided as follows.

-Parterre: kitchen living room with sofa bed

Lower ground floor: bedroom with 2 beds bathroom with shower and sink.

On the property there is still a 15m ² large Gästestuga with 2 other beds.

The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a wood stove. In the living room you will find German TV and a DVD player.

An aluminum fishing boat is on the lake for you.

Outboard and echosounder can be rented on request.

The fireplace on the property invites you to linger in the evening, and there are of course also garden furniture and a barbecue.
